Riccardo Bacarelli, son of Benvenuto, runs the Bacarelli Gallery in Florence, founded by his grandfather Rizieri Bacarelli in 1923. In its third generation, Riccardo holds on to the family antiquarian tradition, strengthening the position of the gallery by taking part in various antiques fairs: the Florence International Biennial Antiques Fair since 1961, the Biennial Fair at Palazzo Venezia in Rome and, turning the attention towards the international market Master Paintings Week, London Art Week, Masterpiece and Frieze Masters in London since its first edition. At the moment, Galleria Bacarelli takes part in the Florence Biennial Fair and TEFAF Maastricht. Riccardo Bacarelli is also vice-president of the Italian Antiquarians Association and member of the Governing Council of the Florence International Biennial Antiques Fair.
