The Galleria Camellini was founded by Roberto Camellini in 1971 and is managed by his daughters Elena and Elisa. The company has its headquarters in Sassulo (Modena) in 81, Viale XX Settembre, boasting a spacious showroom that offers a vast choice of pieces of furniture, paintings, sculptures and interior decorations from the 15h through to the 18th century. Elena and Elisa Camellini perform evaluations, appraisals, distribution of estates, restoration and interior design consulting, and sale of antiques and full collections. All sales are completed with a certificate of origin, as stated in art. 2 of law no. 1062 dated 20/11/1971. They participate in all the most important national antiques shows, such as the Florence and Rome International Biennial Antiques Fair, Internazionale in Milan, Gotha in Parma, Brixia Antiquaria and Modenantiquaria. The company has always operated fully complying with all laws pertaining the trading of antiques, as per the T.U. Laws of P.S.(R.D. 773/31). It is a member of the Italian Federation of Antique Dealers (F.I.M.A.) in Milan, the Italian Antiquarians Association and the Modena Antique Dealers Association. The company owns all the pieces it trades or has the rights and availability to sell them.

Folding table

Wood inlaid with walnut, burr walnut, rosewood, olive, boxwood, mahogany and natural and green stained maple, cm 73,5x77,5x39

The table has been designed in the Parabiago workshop, where Giuseppe Maggiolini (1738-1814) worked assisted by numerous collaborators and pupils.The preparatory drawings of the inlay are kept in Milan at the Sforza Castle. Written report by Prof. Enrico Colle
