ADR ARTE is a project developed by the Chamber of Arbitration of Milan, a special agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, conceived to manage disputes in the sector of art and the cultural heritage through mediation. ADR ARTE is designed to offer art dealers and professionals a practical and effective method for resolving controversies and, where possible, avoiding recourse to the court. More specifically the target of the initiative includes auction houses, art galleries, museums and foundations, non-profit associations, artists, insurance companies, transport companies and artwork storage companies, banks and art advisory companies and so forth.
