La Pinacoteca sits on Via Vannella Gaetani, one of the eldest streets in the San Ferdinando quarter, once linking Via Chiatamone with the Chiaia Riviera. The Gallery was founded in the 1990s by a passion for paintings shared by Alfredo Calandra and Renato Visco. It soon became a point of reference among collectors and lovers of old master paintings and the Neapolitan Ottocento.
