Massimo Tettamanti graduated in Art History from Florence University with one of the first dissertations on neoclassical decorative arts in Italy. He started his activity as an antiquarian in the same city, where he opened a gallery in Via Maggio in 1998. The gallery specialises in European decorative arts from the 17th-18th and the first half of the 19th century, also focusing of paintings and sculptures from other periods. Tettamanti Antichità oversees the publication of various scientific essays and the clientele includes collectors, Italian and foreign institutions and museums.
