Attorney Giulio Volpe, former advisor to the Minister of the Cultural and Environmental Heritage (Prof. Antonio Paolucci) and former collaborator of the Director of the Modern Art Gallery of Bologna (Prof. Danilo Eccher), has been a lecturer in the Legislation of the Cultural Heritage at the Roma Tre University and in Image Rights at the University of Bologna, after having taught the same discipline at the University of Pisa and the University of Calabria, as well as holding cycles of lessons on the history and law of the cultural heritage at the Catholic University of Milan. He currently provides consultancy and legal assistance above all in the field of the circulation and marketing of antique and contemporary art.
